Fitbit versa stopped working

Hi. I've had my Fitbit Versa since July of 2018. So far it has been working great. Yesterday it was all working fine, and when I woke up this morning, to check the time it didn't turn on. This was strange because last night I checked the battery and it was 35%. I tried pressing the left button to turn it on, it didn't work, so I decided to put it on the charging cable for a bit. As soon as it touched the cable, 0% came on the face, and after that, the screen was black for a bit. Then the Fitbit logo came and it stayed for a while before turning black again.

I have tried restarting the watch, but it doesn't work, I have tried troubleshooting, but as soon as I take it off from the cable, it turns off completely.

Also, I tried to do a factory reset, but it doesn't let me because the battery is not 50% and on the face, it says that is not possible to sync the data.

Please help me because I have tried everything

I've also had my Versa since July 2018, and have the exact same problem!  Everything was working fine, until suddenly, it wasn't.  I also tried to reset it, but to no avail. I hope someone responds with a solution.  I'm also going to do Live Chat and send an email to the company.
