I bought my versay about 4 months ago. I've loved using it, but about a month ago I noticed a portion of the screen became unresponsive at times, and a couple of days later the screen went black altogether and the versa became completely unresponsive. I've tried turning it off/on again to no avail. Initially the screens back light was still lit but since the last time I tried to turn it off/on again its remained off and now is completely unresponsive, any help on what I should do would be greatly appreciated!

@Hassaanfit welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen became unresponsive.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours. Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if it comes back to life.
