I’ve gotten my Fitbit Versa as a Christmas gift. Although I’ve no problems with it; however, I will not turn on. Touch screen won’t respond, won’t restart, or turn on. When I would restart it, there would be vertical blue and green lines across the screen. What do I do? How do I fix this?
edit: it was put in a bag of rice for a little over 72 hours to remove mostuire. When I restart it by holding the left side button and the bottom right button, the versa screen turns navy blue. It’s on the charger now (despite it being fully charged before going in the rice bag) what else do I need to do now? Please help!!

Hi, have you checked in the activity screen (press left button for aut 2 secs), whether screen activation is set to automatic? Regarding the lines, try restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve the screen problem, contact Customer Support.
