Hi, did you by any chance, whilst tryinf to solve the problem, deleted or unpaired your Versa form the Fitbit app? If yes, you have to setup the Versa alll over again to your mobile device. Please let me know!
My versa was still on the app. So when i removed my app and install it again it wouldn't work. So first i had to deleted my versa from the app and then install the app again. After that i was able to set up my versa again. I'm glad it finally works again!
