Fitbit versa

Hye

 
I have not had any problems with my fit bit yet.
 
Yesterday he suddenly fell out and he remains on the screen 'download the fitbit app to start'.
 
I've tried everything, restart my mobile phone, reinstall app, re-install Fitbit .. but nothing helps.
 
The app can not connect to the fitbit.
 
Can you help me?

Hi, did you by any chance, whilst tryinf to solve the problem, deleted or unpaired your Versa form the Fitbit app? If yes, you have to setup the Versa alll over again to your mobile device. Please let me know!

Hi

My versa was still on the app. So when i removed my app and install it again it wouldn't work.
So first i had to deleted my versa from the app and then install the app again. After that i was able to set up my versa again.
I'm glad it finally works again!
