Fitbit versa

Bought a Fitbit Versa recently and started using from 5th June 2019. The Versa shows wrong data.

Example: I walk about an hour daily. When I check the Versa towards the end of the day, it correctly shows the time I have walked - ranging anywhere between 50-60 minutes which is more or less accurate. But, the moment I sync with my Apple iPhone, on the Fitbit App, it can reduce to as low as 10 or 15 minutes. This is ridiculous. Then the numbers on the Versa display also changes to 10-15 minutes. This was not the case with my Charge HR 2 device I was using for about 3 years. Is there something wrong at my end or there is something wrong with the device or the App?? Can someone help please

Hi @Ceatsrini, I checked the Fitbit Help site and I am at a loss for what to do here.  Have you restarted your phone and your Versa?

Yes I did restart my phone yesterday and just now, after seeing your mail, I restarted the Versa device too. Let me update you once I have a day’s feedback
