Hi,

 

First my Versa gives a vertical stripe at the screen after a few minutes the screen turn black. I tried to reset and place the fitbit in the charger but it will not response. The Fitbit is just 1,5 years old :-(. 
please Help!

with that comma in the 1 and a half years makes me think you are from Europe. If so, then you are in luck!!! Fitbit supports their products for 2 years over there and you might be able to swing a replacement! But if you are in the US, then there are zero options since their hardware warranty only lasts a single year.
