Versa Lite provides wrong stats

Bought a versa lite and having GPS and stat difficulty.   I use the Nike run club app on my phone and thought the versa would be more accurate.  However, the versa lite tracked .25 miles longer and the calorie counter had me losing 1800 in a 4 mile run.   Seems a little off.  Anyone else having the same problems?

Hi @Slangsx2, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it's not providing accurate GPS, distance and calories data.

 

Please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Versa Lite. It also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to follow.

 

Finally, monitor your watch during your next workout and see if it provides accurate data.
