I do cardio kickboxing and wondering if I should put my tracker on my upper arm during these workouts to get proper HR and avoid it getting caught on the gloves. I saw other posts about other tracker types you should log the workout vs track but then why does the versa2 have a “track workout” option? Is wearing it dying this type of exercise not recommended? Or can moving the tracker up your arm a bit do the trick? Thanks!

@Swessling7 Yes, you can wear your tracker higher or change the arms if you're using one predominantly. Also, Fitbit supports kickboxing and martial arts workouts. You can add shortcuts for these exercises to your Exercises app on Versa. Please open fitbit mobile app, tap on your profile picture and scroll down to Versa. Tap it and scroll down to Exercise shortcuts section. Tap it. You can add seven shortcuts. If all are taken, please delete some by swiping the shortcut you want to delete, then tap the '+' icon in the top right corner. Choose kickboxing to add. You can rearrange the order of exercises by dragging them up and down. Don't forget to sync your tracker!
