I have only had my Fitbit versa around one month, it was working fine then today it switched off and wouldn’t switch back on. I put it on charge thinking the battery had died but it was on full charge before this happend. still the watch was completely dead noting happening so I left it for around 1 day on change and still nothing I have tried to reset it everything but nothing is happening, it’s really upsetting as I haven’t even had it long at all. I don’t understand why this has happened. Can anyone help me? I’ve tried holding the buttons down for even 3 minutes still nothing has happened.
