Hi, I wore my Fitbit versa special edition to bed last night and when I woke up this morning it had a black screen and I am unable to switch it on.
I have read all the forums for suggestions on how to fix. But unfortunately nothing has brought it back to life.
I have held one button for 10 seconds, then held all three for a minute, put it on the charger and nothing. I did go swimming with it last night and checked the page if you could and it was ok. I’ve taken it swimming before and haven’t had a problem. The Fitbit is less than a year old. Any other suggestions would be great.

Hi Tony, yip tried all possible fixes that I can think off. So frustrating. I see other ones are having similar problems. Thanks for the response 🙂
