My Versa won't sync to my iPhone. Got a message saying I need to reinstall fitbit app. I click on that and it takes me to a screen that says I need to get it again. I already HAVE the fitbit app on my phone...it just isn't working. I tried to follow the help directions but I get lost right away because they use terms I don't understand. I don't want a Twitter account so couldn't use the Let's talk thing. Is there a way to call on the phone and talk to a live person!!!??? Some of us just don't have tech savvy to follow online directions.
