Hi. Fitbit versa was working perfectly till last night until now. It won't just turn on. Although its fully charged. Still, i tried to charge it and it turned on but as soon as i remove the charger it turns off. Although it shows battery is 98%. PLEASE HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO?

My Versa is doing the exact same thing. Absolutely nothing, It worked fine last night and is fully charged but there is nothing on the Versa screen. I tried pressing the back and bottom buttons for 10 seconds and still no response.

My Versa also stopped working sometime after midnight on 05/12/19 even though fully charged.  Started working again on 05/12/19 around 5:30 am but quit again about 7:00 am and will not turn back on.  Had this problem on 04/09/19 but was able to do factory reset.  Cannot get it to turn on so I can do reset.
