My fitbit won't turn on. The logo keeps popping up and the phone vibrates but it just keeps doing this repeatedly and nothing else happens

Hi @Lynnsheehy - When you charge it does it briefly change display? If so, then it is charging and best to look at posts with "stuck on logo". such as Versa 3 is stuck on Fitbit logo

No dosent change display. Just the diamond spot logo flashing on and off
