How to remove the request for Spotify login from Versa 2?

My Versa 2 is asking me to login to Spotify.  I don’t have it and don’t want to join,  But  my Fitbit is not moving from this request.

I really appreciate you contacting us with your questions on your Versa 2.

I would advise removing Spotify from your device. Using the Fitbit app on your phone, you can accomplish this. Please tap in the upper left corner, then select your device's name then you press on Gallery, then scroll down to find the Spotify app. After selecting Spotify, scroll down and press the red-colored "Remove App" button.

Hi @LaLou1225 - did this get resolved? Did you have a look at setting up the free watch builtin Music controls which can control any music playing on the phone and adjust the volume without stopping which ever clock or app you are using.
