I want to know how I can get a new watch. It has not worked for a few months. It just keeps calculating the different phrases - in English, Spanish, French etc

If your watch is under warranty, contact Fitbit.

As mentioned by our friend FaithHopeLove7 , for our team to verify the warranty you'll need to contact Support. 

Just I'm not quite sure what you meant by :"It just keeps calculating the different phrases - in English, Spanish, French etc"
Do you see a message in the different languages to download the app?
If so, this means that you'll need to pair your Versa 3 with your account.
