My fitbit ran out of battery last night so I went to charge it this morning. I have left it on charge for around one hour and it is not turning on. Ive tried to press and hold side buttons but nothing....

Hi @Kendall1997 , did you feel during the Factory Reset a strong vibration? If yes, your Versa is a new watch - in the box state - and thus needs to be setup again within the Fitbit app as if you just bought it. If you've felt nothing at all, call Customer Support regarding your problem with the battery. Regards kuzibri
