My fitbit versa wont turn on. It asked me to do an update, which I tried, but the fitbit just turned off. It's not charging and wont turn on. I've tried holding the 3 buttons but thatdidnt work either. I need help.
Hi, @EmLouRay and @Cappy1980 in this case I think you should probably get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com and hopefully they can talk you through a fix. The factory reset might help.

Best AnswerNot sure if you have managed to resolve your Fitbit but just to say I have managed just now to have another go having left it most of the day, I pressed on all 3 buttons together for 10seconds & it suddenly burst into life! I have updated & everything back in working order!

Best AnswerThis happened to me too. The last time it worked was Tuesday! I’ve charged it, bought a new charger, last night I cleaned it but it won’t turn on.
Best AnswerTry holding all 3 buttons together for 10secs or more. I tried this last night after leaving it all day & all of a sudden it came to life, I could then update & all is working again thankfully!
