Fitbit working but screen will not work

I am hoping someone can help me!  My Fitbit Versa is suddenly not working right.  I thought it was a dead battery, but then I noticed the lights are working.  I fully charged it and see that it is still counting steps from the app on my phone, but the screen is not working.  Anyone have any suggestions to help please?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Is it fully charged?  What happens when you do a restart?  Does anything pop up on the screen or it is dark the entire time?

It is fully charged. Nothing happens with restart and yes, the screen stays dark the entire time.  I contacted Customer Support via e-mail as the gentleman up top suggested.  She suggested things to try but nothing worked.  She called me and I am getting a replacement! Very happy that I tried getting help here and with the customer support!
