Thanks for troubleshooting your Versa 2 prior posting. I'm sorry that you're having this experience and let's work on this together. Since you mentioned that the screen turned grey, may I know if your watch is still tracking your data and syncing with the Fitbit app? If that's correct, please try changing the clock face to one from Fitbit just to ensure its performance. Then perform a restart on your watch by following the steps described in this help article.
