Fitbit workout not recorded

Hi,

For some reason my Fitbit app isn’t showing any of the exercise I did yesterday. I recorded a workout session on my Fitbit versa. The data is no where to be seen on the app or when I log in to my Fitbit account. It also hasn’t tracked anything in the steps per hour section on the app. It was showing up fine on my watch. Given it’s not showing in my Fitbit account online, does that mean the data for yesterday is lost? Or is it a syncing problem?

Let's open the Fitbit app then tap the Versa icon. On the next page it will tell you when the last sync occurred. When did this last sync happen?

Hi Rich,

Thanks for replying. It says the last sync was at 11.38am today. I’m in Australia so it’s currently 11.40am.

If your phone is an iOS device, Fitbit is aware of the active hour issue.

As for the workout.

I'm not sure, you say that you manually started the workout on wrist, and it was still in the recording mode when you ended the activity. The Versa also displayed a summary.

Same problem here.  I start the workout on my fitbt watch, when done, I hit finish.  It provides my stats but wont log in my active minutes.  I performed a sync and still nothing.

Same thing happened to me, I did 2 miles on the treadmill, then went to the local high school to go up and down the stairs then 2 mile back ride back home and I have zero steps for yesterday.  Pretty much like I didn't move off the couch or didn't wear my watch.

Same issue here, I just did a killer workout and wanted to compare it with the last week same routine.

I press done and now it won't show it in my versa not in the app 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:
