Fitbitpay doesn't work

I used my Fitbit pay ones. Now my Fitbit tells me I doesn't have and cards in my wallet.

But I used it ones.

Have you tried removing your card from Fitbit pay and then adding it back again to see it that works?

I tried that. My bank alsof helpt me and it still doesn't work. Thé app
says that it's ok but thé Fitbit itself doens't

I assume you've synced the fitbit with your phone to transfer the card data to it? 

 

I think the next step would be to restart your device by following the steps here. You might also want to consider uninstalling the wallet app and re-installing that again.
