Floor count too high

The past week or so my versa is all out of whack and telling me that I have climbed hundreds of floors when I either haven't worn my tracker at all or have done my basic number of steps. Like 500+ floors which obviously isn't happening. How do I fix this?

Hi @APS85, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern regarding your Fitbit Versa counting floors accurately. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. Your device may give you credit for extra floors for a variety of reasons. For more information, please see this help article: Why does my Fitbit device count extra floors? I recommend restarting your device and checking if the issue is resolved after this: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If you would like to remove the extra floors from your daily total, you can follow the instructions in this help article: How do I delete steps and floors in the Fitbit app?

If the issue persists, please let me know if you have another tracker paired to your account?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
