I just got a new phone. I tried connecting my Fitbit and although it is connected, the screen won’t stop flashing on and off. What is wrong with it?

I don't recall hearing about that issue before. If you don't get any other suggestions I would try restarting your fitbit. It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of problems. Instructions are at: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
