Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Only floors are being affected or other stats? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Versa 2 and let me know if the issue persists. Also, please learn more about how Fitbit devices track floors here.
