I cant get my Versa lite to add or sync floors.

I'm afraid you won't be able to. Although the Versa tracks floors, the Versa Lite does not have the necessary sensor to do so. I assume it was left out to help reduce cost.

just to let you know, this is my third fitbit, and this isn't against you, but : that sucks. lol and not right.

 

it also did not reduce the cost. it was more than my last fitbit, Blaze.
