My new Fitbit lite is not showing or registering floors like my old one

I don't know what your "old one" was, but Versa Lite does not measure floors.  It does not have an altimeter, part of what makes it "Lite".

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
