Hi!
I purchased a versa lite today and thusfar I have had nothing but trouble with it.
So many apps and clock faces say that they do not work unless I update the watch, yet I have updated it and they still say that. (version 38.33.1.30)
Apparently there is some firmware that is not yet available on my device. This is pretty disappointing for something I just purchased which has been out long enough that this should not be an issue.
So the games/apps that I have been able to install (sudoku, maps and snake) do not function properly.
I have followed the touch directions in these games however it seems as if the device is not registering my touch at all.
Maps will not load even one image and even the zelda clockface would not register touch.
The touch screen itself seems to work perfectly fine when just generally scrolling through the device.
Can anyone help? Is this an issue with the versa lite model (in which case I will be seeking a refund).
Or is this another issue caused by the aforementioned firmware?
Thank you in advance if anyone has any clarification, without being able to use any features there was really no reason for me to upgrade from the charge.

Hello @Evelle and welcome to the Help forums. Your Versa lite has the firmware from when it was manufactured. Yes, there have been updates. Fitbit rolls out updates progressively. You should get an update in 24-48 hours.

Hi and thanks for the reply. When I messaged someone on twitter the implication seemed to be that the versa lite didn't yet have access to the firmware update at all and there was no ETA as to when it might get it. Is this true?
I will continue to sync as you have recommended, if it doesn't update in another 24/48 hours ish hours I am inclined to just return the watch whilst I still can as it's basically a pretty paper weight without being able to use a majority of the features I purchased it for.
