From IONIC to VERSA 2

I now have a VERSA 2 and would like to know how to switch over my profile, past info, etc. on the Fitbit website.

Do I need to re-download a Fitbit app or keep on using my IONIC Fitbit app?

When I look at my profile all I see is my old (dead) IONIC, how do I get my VERSA 2 to show up?

Thank you for any assistance.

Hi @Tegiro  follow the directions in this article - you're going to remove the old Ionic and set up the Versa 2 as a new device on an existing account. click to read.
