Versa 2 not vibrating on notifications

My Versa 2 is a few days old, I got it for my birthday, I cannot get it to vibrate for notifications, I've tried  all the tricks in the forum discussions with no luck, come on Fitbit it's not just me with the problem, do I need to return it to store for a refund?

Hi @Julia10 not sure what tips you saw.

Try disabling DND and Sleep through quick settings.

The restart the tracker
