The dashboard on my Apple phone froze up this morning on my morning walk now I can’t open any challenges or my exercise or log anything. Is there a quick fix for this?

This happened to me too this weekend on Android. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't work. Neither did restarting the phone, Bluetooth, re-pairing my V2 with the phone, or re-installing the V2 on my account. I cleared the cache on the phone as well, and that didn't help at all. I will let you know if I find a fix.

i just talked to the live chat guy. He told me to log out and log in again and it worked. If you still have the problem, give it a try.
