On my versa I was downloading an update. It kept updating over and over and never made it to my versa. Now the screen is frozen with the Fitbit icon!!!

any help?

Hi, @Scrapinmom!  Do you have the regular Versa (3 buttons on the side) or the Versa Lite (1 button on the side)?
