Frustrated with settings!

Just got a Versa 2, downloaded some clock faces, followed the directions to customize color etc.  When I go into the clock face settings on my app, it allows me to change the colors, but it doesn't change on my fitbit. Also won't let me get weather stats!!!!!  Please help!

I'm sorry you are frustrated with the setting. Can you please walk me thru what you are trying to do and I'll see if I can help. The first thing to make sure you are doing is that after you chance setting on your mobile, that you are syncing your Fitbit. You might even try closing out the app on your mobile, reopening and then syncing. Every once in a a while there is a bit of lag in see the changes.

I went into the clock face offered on the app. I went into the settings on the specific clock face, it let me select the colors I wanted each component, but will not update in the Fitbit. My sister has the Versa 2 as well, and hers updated immediately.  Hers also has her location linked so she can get local weather, I selected for Fitbit to recognize my location but it won't. I have reset the watch and the app, but it still won't work.
