Since this week’s update I have had trouble with my versa 3 dropping from my phone MULTIPLE times a day. I have to forget it on my phone’s Bluetooth and pair it again. We are talking 3-4 times a day. It’s also draining my battery where it is constantly searching. What gives?! My phone is up to date and I’m having trouble with nothing pairing EXCEPT my Versa 3.

Hi @Leann1017 - the first thing to try is to logout of the app and restart both watch and phone

Yes, same here! Since the update only, won't sync & Bluetooth has dropped.
I've restarted both devices, un paired - re paired - ed app - re installed app ... nothing works and even worse, the oxygen variation graph is completely fluffed!
Whoever is responsible for this update was clearly drunk!

I turned off my Bluetooth on my phone. I turned off my phone. I turned off my Fitbit. I plugged my Fitbit into the charger. I logged out of app. I uninstalled app. I chose “forget” versa 3 on Bluetooth. The ONLY thing that consistently works is forgetting the device on Bluetooth and then repairing. But that gets old doing it multiple times a day. I shouldn’t be having this much trouble. They need to fix the update. 😞

Mine is happening like 10 times a day! Very frustrating as I have several other apps connected to my Fitbit and they are not getting the information they need😡

Removing the Versa 3 from the phones Bluetooth, does not remove the tracker from the fitbit app, or your fitbit account.
This step often will fix a sync issue, the user will only need to open the fitbit app. This is because the Bluetooth management is handled by the fitbit app, the user is unable to pair a fitbit tracker.
Another option that works on both iOS and android, is to clear the cache for the fitbit app.
