New phone issue

I have a new phone.  Got it 3 dsys sfter my fitbit.  I cant seem to pair the new phone to the fb watch to sync.... what do i do? How do i fix it?

Hi @Mushy12u - the watch might be paired with the old phone. Did you correctly remove it from the old phone and shut down the phone.

If so try logging out of the app and restarting your new phone and watch.

When you login to the Fitbit App again, go to the phone home screen without closing the app and click the sync popup and wait for the pair and link prompts.
