The GPS tracker on my Fitbit Versa  2 is not accurate. When I have done a 5 mile run, it comes up with less than or 4.3 Miles. This causes me issues when training as I cannot see my splits, minutes per mile or accurate distance. Does anyone know if I can reset this or fix it? It was working perfectly but now it is off, I have only had it less than a year.

just to be sure are you running with your phone and the Versa says that GPS is connected?
