Am I the only person that's had a Versa Lite (since May 2019) not read correct mileage or page due to GPS connection issues?

I'm about to throw this 150$ watch in the trash and go back to Garmin.

Hello @dYella, welcome to the Community Forums! It's a pleasure to assist you today.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Versa Lite? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you're experiencing accuracy issues, please check our help article: How accurate is my GPS data?. Then, you can try the steps that are specified on: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have more questions for me to answer.

I have Samsung Galaxy 7.
My Android System is up to date.

I have a case open with this. GPS

I've had this watch since May. It has never worked correctly with the GPS>

I've done trouble shooting from suggestions of FitBit customer service, and from the forums here.

This watch is about to go in the trash!
