I purchased the versa 2 a week and a half ago. Had a problem getting text to come through at first but it was because I had my text notifications off on my phone...no problem easy fix. After that I started recieving text right when they came through on my phone...PERFECT. Well 3 days ago it stopped recieving text notifications. I still get calls and everything else just no text. I have done everything I could think of and read online. Disconnected/unpaired from bluetooth, deleted versa off fitbit app, rest my text notifications on my phone and all the steps ive read online....nothing. PLEASE HELP This is so frustrating and making me want to return it. I have a LG v40 phone. Thanks in advance

Welcome to the party. You are not alone in this. Seems as if Fitbit broke something. Mine is getting returned, I can't wait weeks for a fix

I'm having the same problem. It seems to have something to do with the update at 19th september. I'm giving mine back today, I have enough, it was difficult, now they made it impossible.

Same problem for me as well. I get other notifications but not texts. It is frustrating and I’ve had my versa for almost a year. Over the year, I’ve had issues with my versa, even at one point having to have Fitbit issue me a new one for not syncing properly. Now with the new update, this is another issue to add to the list. 🤷🏻:female_sign: I may just bite the bullet and get an Apple Watch. Good luck! Generally it takes weeks for Fitbit to perform updates.
