I'm having same issue as others and ive not seen a resolution...my versa, one day old, was on charger and I woke up and it had recorded 16000 steps,  no vibration source nearby, I did the reset of left button and bottom right and it still reads 16000...solution ????

Only thing you can do is enter a driving record to get rid of them

I tried the instructions you sent to enter a driving record and I do not have a log button at the top of my dashboard...I have a picture of the versa watch, a green battery icon, a share icon and an icon that takes you to my account...next suggestion?

the same thing Happened to me! My Versa is 4 days old and I woke up this am and had 10000 steps already?????
