Goal weight

Reached goal weight. Do I change my steps so I do not lose more?

Congrats!

Do you mean your daily step goal?  I wouldn't, though I have no idea what your step goal is.  Exercise is good for you no matter what your weight, as long as not being obsessive about it.  If anything, I would say you could start eating a bit more now, as long as eating healthy foods.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks that’s exactly what I was doing. I’ll keep it at 11,000 steps a day
