Google Chat Messages

How do I get Google Chat messages to come to my Fitbit?  This is how my work communicates, but I can not find how to get notifications from Google Chat to my Versa 3.

Hi @annaaggie04  -  In the Fitbit App, click Profile photo, Device photo.

There you will find Notifications, and inside there App notifications. The chat messages needs to be specified in one of those 2 places.

Google Chat is not an option to pick to receive notifications. I have
GMail, FB Messenger, but there isn't an option for Google Chat.

@annaaggie04  - it's probably part of Gmail.

At this point, I just ordered an Apple Watch. I love my Fitbit, but it
shouldn't be that difficult to get Google Chat notifications with a company
that was bought by Google. After 8+ years with FitBit, I'm having to go to
the dark side.

@annaaggie04-  thats fine as long as you are happy to charge it every day.

If you love the Fitbit, it may take a bit of perseverance to get the settings right. Things also do change on the phone side.

@annaaggie04- on the off chance it was working - swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and make sure that Sleep or Do not disturb have not been enabled by accident - this will stop the messages coming.
