This has been happening to me for over 2 months, and I've been posting about it for the same amount of time, all while being ignored by forum support. Here is what I mean. The number shown under "steps" is the REAL number of steps, as displayed by the fitbit. The graph on the app shows a number that is lower than the amount of steps I got, by as much as 600 steps.

@stepperstepper -

It looks like the charts don't update until each quarter hour.

At 11:34 and 11:44 I had the same issue and the web dashboard was missing the last 15-minute block of time, as well.

I was just about to test my theory about quarter hour blocks by taking snapshots of the screens at 11:44 and 11:45 when my device automatically sync'd just before 11:45 my local time and everything was back in sync - including the web dashboard.

I suspect the FitBit servers are about 30 seconds ahead of me that that is why everything caught up when they did. Or it could be that even the app doesn't update its local database at the summary level in realtime, as well.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, mine never fixes itself, even after lots of time and multiple syncs. Here's one from June, still not fixed as of today.
