Hi I have had this green dot on my versa 2 for over a week now and I’ve restarted it and everything someone please help I got it for Xmas I hope it’s not broken it went from green to yellow

HI, thanks for sharing, as you have restarted it and the problem remains its probably best to take it back to the shop and exchange it or to contact Fitbit Support directly so they may be able to help you.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Since our restart process didn't fix the issue, please try changing your Versa 2 clock face following the steps that are specified on: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
