Versa 2 not receiving notifications

My notifications for texts calls etc have been working fine since I had my versa 2 but have just noticed they are no longer working. I have tried the trouble shooting tips not sure what else to do?

Hi, Just to make sure did you try this as part of your trouble shooting?

 

 

Logout of Fitbit app [click profile photo, top left, scroll to bottom]

Shut down watch [ Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom,

About, at the bottom, Shutdown]
Reboot phone
Start watch [Hold button till it vibrates and wait for Logo and clock to appear]

Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
