Any one else experience this? When I play guitar the hr on my watch goes nuts. 140 plus. I check my pulse and it's in the 70s. I wear the watch on my fretting hand so I guess it doesint like the movement, or the angle etc...
I notice when I play guitar the hr goes nuts. It will be at 145. I check my pulse ands it's 70. I guess the watch doesint like the motion or the angle etc. I wear the watch on my left fretting hand.
No change in heart rate but when I play ukulele I get thousands of extra steps. And it’s not even worn on the dominant hand so I don’t get why, as I’m strumming with the other. Weird!
