Versa 2 is unresponsive

My Versa 2 died 2 days ago, so I plugged it in and it won’t connect or charge. Flashed on once with a screen that looked green and pixelated. Tried holding the side button for a long time to reset, nothing.

Mine has done the same thing, completely dead.

My battery was full and my Versa 2 was clean. It just went dead after my walk.
