HELP, I can’t connect to Alexa

Hi, I bought new versa 2 tonight and I just can’t connect to Alexa. It checked every possible tutorial and nothing. It says to click on the amazon alexa tile but I just simply don’t have one.

@Youngtraveler63   Where are you located?  Alexa is not available everywhere.  See this link.  Are you on the list of locations?
