HR green light not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa suddenly stopped reading my heart rate.

The green light at the back isn't flashing anymore.

I tried turning HR on and off and restarting my Fitbit but did not work.

I tried factory resetting it and it still won't work.

It's syncing with no issues but it just won't read the HR.

What can I do next?

I've only had it for 6 months!!!

Never had a problem before...

Hi @Anna.sr On your watch go to your settings app and scroll down to Heart Rate amd check that it is still turned to ON if itnismoff, turn it on and it should be fine. If it is On then turn it off and restart the Versa several times and then go back and turn HR to On again. If it is still not working please come back here.

Yes I tried to do that and it did not work.
Today I went for a swim and the watch stopped working all together...
I'm so disappointed...

My versa just started this yesterday some time in the evening. It did not log my sleep last night at all. (08/07/19) I went and worked this evening for 2 hours playing a sport and nothing. I’ve restarted it from the settings. I’ve pressed the left button and bottom right button at the same time to restart. I’ve checked in settings to make sure the HR feature is turned “on”. The green lights on the back are not on at all after I reset either way. What else can I do?
