ok so my heart rate on my versa stopped working, ive tried resetting the HR option in the app but when i go into the settings it does not give me a HR option. I have looked all over the app and i still can not locate it. any help would be great!
Mine has stopped as well as of last night, its going at peak rate even though I am sitting down at my desk. I have done the mini 3 button reset, not sure if there is another full one that I can do will need to investigate when I get home from work.
This is a replacement one I got from Fitbit as the screen died on my first one and they replaced it so I will be expecting another replacement as I still don't have my account even a year with them. I think some of these watches were bad batches.
Just an update on this for anybody with the same problem.
I done the 3 button reset, I turned the watch off via the watch face and I have done a factory reset and it's still persisting.
Fitbit have told me there is an issue with this at present and if the watch is found to be faulty they will replace it but they have asked me to wait while the developers deal with this.
I am going to leave for 2 days and then follow up with them. I find I am getting a lot of messages saying the app is using battery power so something really is wrong with it.
I'll be giving them 48hrs to fix I don't understand how multiple people can be affected since the sensor is personal to our wrists if that makes sense
Best AnswerI have discovered why my Fitbit heart rate monitor is not working and also why my sleep didn't track last night.
I checked the back of the unit and there is moisture inside the glass panels of where the sensor is housed
I never wear my Fitbit in the shower and I definitely never go swimming with this because I can't swim and this is meant to be a sealed unit so I will be expecting them to send me a replacement tomorrow
This Fitbit that I have now is a replacement Fitbit so I wouldn't be surprised if I was given a refurbished one rather than a new unit

Best AnswerI contacted them on their website and they sent me a link to get a replacement i still have my old one and they haven’t asked for me to send it back. I went through this a few years ago and got a replacement and was never asked to send back the one being replaced
