HR started reading extremely high on 7/2/19, its now 8/8/19. Ive reset multiple times, turned on & off, even tried factory reset. Ive followed all trouble-shooting advice found everywhere. I have versa, have had it for a year & 2 months, HR worked perfectly until 7/2. This affects the sleep tracking, calories burned, & active minutes every day. I have a desk job but somehow I have 491 active minutes & Ive burned over 4000 calories today. I am sitting in my recliner now & did not go to the gym today. I have tried to be patient hoping for an update that will fix the problem, but I'm tired of waiting. The versa has become useless, it's now an expensive watch with no other benefit. I purchased it bc I loved every fitbit Ive had, but this is ridiculous. I'm ready to divorce fitbit & go with an apple watch or garmin or maybe samsung smart watch.
