I have a Versa running 32.716.19. My watch had been doing fine for a while, until 2 nights ago when the HR measurements were way out of line. It was reading 150+, when I was just sitting in my chair getting ready for bed. I powered down and back up. I took it off for a day. I turned the HR monitoring off and on. I haven't done a hard reset yet but that's my next step. In addition to way out of lines HR, the SPO2 monitoring says Couldn't read Spo2. Admittedly my watch is almost 2 years old but once this Spo2 update hit, my battery life started going down and I went from going 4 days to 2 days. One point, I tried to press the watch tightly onto my skin and I saw the HR literally drop 30 bpm's as I pressed hard. I have a feeling these two issues are related but not sure how to fix it.

Welcome to the forum. The first fix to try is almost always to do a restart by holding down the left button and the bottom right button until the screen goes dark and comes back with Fitbit logo. It might even take doing a couple of restarts one right after the other, but it should clear up the issues you have outlined. Fingers crossed it does the trick for you.
Best AnswerThanks I tried to do the soft reset and I did it multiple times a day. Finally it seemed to be going back to normal and then the next day the screen died. So frustratring. The watch is 1 and 3/4 years old. I bought it new in box and it's tracking my steps and hr and sleep but the screen is totally dead.
